Event Rental Requirement
You can reserve our restaurant for up to 140 guests. The rental fee is $800.00 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The rental fee is $600.00 on Monday-Thursday. The reservation secures the space for 4 hours. Events hosted past 10:00 pm. will require an additional fee. Additional time can be reserved for a 250 dollar service charge per hour, up to 2 additional hours. We will take a credit card or cash deposit prior to your event. We also have a minimum food and beverage amount. If you do not meet the minimum, we will charge you the difference. There will be no charge if you cancel your event one week before the date. If you cancel less than one week up to 48 hours, you will be charged 250.00. If you cancel the event, less than 48 hours, you will be charged 500.00. Food will get broken down an hour before the end of the party
All food and beverages will be charged food or liquor tax of 11.5 % as well as a service fee of 25%. The minimum amount that must be spent on food and beverage is outlined below.
Monday - Thursday $2,500 food and beverage minimum. A 11.5% tax and 25% Service fee will be added on all food and beverages and will not count toward the minimum.
Friday - Sunday $4,000 food and beverage minimum 11.5% tax, 25% Service fee on food and beverages and will not count toward the minimum.

Guidelines and regulations
Some menu items may be unavailable or modified to follow guidelines. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone your event if service guidelines set by the State of Virginia change or if we deem it is necessary.
Our parking is limited and is not guaranteed for any event. Parking can be found in the Pier Parking lot based on availability. There is also street parking. 24th street and 9th street have parking lots/garages both are managed by the City of VIrginia Beach.
Arrangements for your audio/visual requirements can be made with the restaurant manager. You can hire a band, Dj, play your own list or utilize our tv screens. We do not allow outside computers to be used with our equipment. We are not a professional sound or video company and cannot be held liable for music or video that does not function properly.
You may decorate our dining room. An additional fee based on the time spent may be added to your bill. When decorating, the use of loose sand, confetti, poppers, glitter, silly string, staples, tacks, nails is prohibited. All candles must be battery operated. We do not accept responsibility for items left on the premises, nor can we be responsible for carrying decor to your vehicle.
We are a non- smoking facility. We do not permit the use of e-cigarettes, tobacco products, vapes, or pens inside or on our deck.

Based on availability and pricing, other items may be suggested. The kitchen manager will go over other menu items with you.
An open bar is billed on consumption basis per drink for mixed drinks, wine by the glass or beer. The bar charges will be calculated after the function and billed. There are many ways to limit an open bar in order to control costs. It may be limited based on what is offered (only beer and wine etc.) by budget (open bar until 5:00) after which it would become a full cash bar.
Cash bar guests may purchase their own drinks by cash or with a credit card but the host is responsible for the bartender service fee.
You must give your final count and menu 10 days before the event.
The client is responsible for any damage to the restaurant, equipment, personal property, or bodily harm caused by the client and/or guests of the event.
Postponements or cancellations of events may take place. Our priority is to ensure the safety of you, your guests and our employees. Should your event have to be cancelled by us your deposit will be refunded. If you are having or caring for someone with covid symptoms or you have had known exposure to covid or are waiting on a test result, please postpone your event. We reserve the right to cancel any event that is deemed unsafe to our staff or guests.
